I found out that someone used a photo of me to open a FB account back in 2016, it had over 40 of my contacts, a relative reported it as a fraud. So I set up a new account so I could also notify FB that the old account was not me as the birth date was incorrect by 31 years. I had the account open for 1 day, I even put a post that I hope my previous contacts would see my new FB acct with a pic with beard, and posted a written warning letting them know not to connect with the fake account my pic with no Beard. I sent the notification to FB. But instead, FB canceled my new account and told me that I was advertising a business which did not meet their guidelines. I appealed they denied? The last time I had a FB account was several years before the 2016 account appeared. I had closed my very 1st FB Account I had after notifying all my account contacts back several years before the 2016 fake account appeared. Face Book does not review anything they just delete accounts because it takes too much time to investigate. Also, I even opened a new account using a second email, added my middle Initial using my same password, they shut that account down for the same bogus reason. They never addressed the 2016 fake account. Just shut me down.

I can't believe that a so called Amazon agent shamelessly ended the call on me! Wow!!! I'm really shocked! She would not listen to me, even when I was politely asking for the complaint procedure! I can't believe a customer agent can be so rude!!! For a fault that is not mine! And I can't believe that I was lied to by a customer agent on the 5th of December! Made an order on the 29th of Nov, didn't receive delivery, tracked order and saw that they wrote 'order was delivered to customer'. Rang and complained to an agent who apologised and processed a refund. I immediately tried reordering the item but discovered the price has increased, agent promised to send a gift voucher for the price difference which encouraged me to go ahead and make the order otherwise I wouldn't. Checked my account today and saw that the whole amount was taken from my account and no gift voucher was sent as promised. Rang and tried explaining the situation but agent said Amazon would not give customers price difference, so that agent must have misadvised me! And she hung up the phone on me! I will definitely ring consumer helpline for advice on how to take this matter further! I didn't know Amazon is a rogue company that can't be trusted!!! No wonder the reviews are so bad!!! What a shame!!!

Visited Peckover House and Wimpole last week, two of our favourite NT properties. Peckover House and cafe were shut and a good proportion of the flower bed was under weed suppressant, not a good look when they are all you can offer.Wimpole, what a disappointment after previous visits. The National Trust must have money to burn to construct a new concrete carpark towered over by two grotesque metal roofed sheds with an uphill climb to the sheds followed by a not insignificant walk to the house. A regular shuttle bus service will now be required to transport visitors over the newly created hill from the new car park to the grounds. And the gardens, oh dear, the mighty National Trust have a sign there saying they have only spent a few pounds on packets of flower seed which will look beautiful when they come. How about the NT selling us packets of seeds on site for us to scatter or hiring out hoes so we can do a little weeding as we walk around. Chris and Alex

They totally ignore anything positive that deals with Conservatives… even when it is good for everyone. Case in point all the hostages returned to the US after Trump took office … not a peep. Shutting the border down in days when the previous administration said they couldn’t. Increased drug seizures and reduced fentanyl deaths because of the secure border. Removing illegal immigrants who have committed crimes. Et al. I wrote a previous complaint about their bias and they asked me to remove it as they said they always went to credible news sources… which means they go to main stream media that has a huge liberal bent. The coverup of President Biden’s mental and physical decline which was obvious to anyone with an unbiased mind set.

Their customer services is rude and passive aggressively toxic. They do not deserve any customers. CdC is broken in the UK. Don't waste your time.
