Had an Amazon parcel delivered today. The driver didn't knock the door or ring the bell. Clear sign on door requesting people ring the bell. He just left the box on the floor, outside my front door, IN THE POURING RAIN! It's only because I spotted his yellow tabard in the corner of my eye, through our front window, that I knew someone had been to the door. Opened the door and there's my order, in a shoe box sized cardboard box, sitting in the pouring rain! I had to dry it off. Not only was it just left in the rain, but a passer by could have stolen it. I requested amazon phone me back, but they were useless. I pay £90 odd a year as a Prime member too. The idiots they employ to deliver our goods are bloody useless! No initiative whatsoever!
