important Live Video was deleted without any warning

I am absolutely devastated with how Facebook deleted my Live video without a single warning. I filmed my son’s graduation from Princeton University using Facebook Live option. It was the only digital memory I took from this most important moment of our lives. Over the past month, I received tonns of other notifications urging me to watch other people’s stories, reels, and content. Facebook spends so much money to make sure people forget why they come to the platform and spend more time watching reels and stories. Yet, not a single notification or grace period for things that are really important!!! Ironically, the Facebook’s feed distracted me to the point where I repeatedly forgot my original reason for opening the app — to download that priceless video. Now, I’ve discovered the video is gone. I was never shown a clear and urgent warning that such meaningful content would be permanently deleted without any reminders. This type of action should be shown as an alarm on people’s profiles! Had I seen one, I would have saved it immediately. This experience has been heartbreaking. I feel betrayed by a platform I trusted. After I paid such a devastating price of being on this platform, I don’t even want to open the app anymore — every time I do, it just reminds me of what I’ve lost. If I hadn’t trusted Facebook, I would’ve brought a camera to record it with 🤦‍♀️ The worst part is that I have no idea who to contact. There’s no support, no human response — just a generic feedback form that leads nowhere. 💔 I’m begging Meta: please check if these videos can still be recovered from internal backups. I’m fully willing to pay for recovery costs. Please! Please escalate this request. This isn’t about a file — it’s about preserving one of the most important memories in my life.

Disgusting delivery drivers!

Had an Amazon parcel delivered today. The driver didn't knock the door or ring the bell. Clear sign on door requesting people ring the bell. He just left the box on the floor, outside my front door, IN THE POURING RAIN! It's only because I spotted his yellow tabard in the corner of my eye, through our front window, that I knew someone had been to the door. Opened the door and there's my order, in a shoe box sized cardboard box, sitting in the pouring rain! I had to dry it off. Not only was it just left in the rain, but a passer by could have stolen it. I requested amazon phone me back, but they were useless. I pay £90 odd a year as a Prime member too. The idiots they employ to deliver our goods are bloody useless! No initiative whatsoever! Merry BLOODY Christmas Amazon 🖕

Along with many other story's that were dropped passed over or completely ignored rte should be scrapped at this point. A real nightmare

I trusted Agoda for years, but this was a nightmare. My fully paid flight from Melbourne to Gold Coast was canceled without notice — Jetstar said Agoda’s credit card was invalid. We were forced to pay again just to catch the flight. Agoda only responded after it was too late, and their “support” was just auto-replies. Completely unacceptable.

I feel that PlayStation breaks the freedom of speech amendment. My son was on my PlayStation unit playing a game and another player cussed him and said few other things that was not nice and they banned my account which both of my children play on for seven days or more. Which I feel is done unfairly because I bet the person with filthy mouth is still playing on his account. I feel that PlayStation should refund me everything I’ve ever purchased through my unit. I’m seriously thinking about buying an Xbox. My nephew owns one and has never had any problems out of it. So if you’re thinking about buying a PlayStation I would think again there a joke.

HP is all about the mon-ey

HP is all about the mon-ey! They not only mass produce cheap-ass products and outsource call centers like a typical slimy corporation, they will do anything to coerce you to sign up for their services! I bought a Tango X printer four years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Worst of all, you will spend literally HOURS on the phone with incompetent tech support batting you around between agents who barely speak English. My first issues was the lights on the panel on top of the printer lit up like a Times Square billboard. While that issue was resolved years ago, another issue arose: my printer will no longer print. It turns out that my printer no longer prints because I am not using HP Instant Ink cartridges (I signed up for Instant Ink program, thinking it would benefit me), and that I would need to wait for the cartridges to arrive by mail. I told the technician that it was working before without those specific cartridges, but she told me that the system software was updated so it only recognizes HP Instant Ink if you are enrolled in their plan. I asked one tech agent if I were to cancel my subscription would they work, and she said yes. However, when I talked to another agent, I was informed that my subscription will not expire until the next billing cycle, which isn’t until March 23 (today is the 12th). I need to print some important housing authority documents by the following day! Either way, I am without a printer until the cartridges arrive—not that HP cares, as long as they get money from me!

CHOOSE A DIFFERNT BRAND (NOT HP)

I called for assistance with my printer and was convinced to upgrade to a new printer. I received the printer and immediately noticed the part where you insert the cord was very lose. Long story short, I called HP for assistance with setup. I stayed on the phone for 1hr 1/2 or longer with the first rep. We had to continually unplug the printer, open the door on it, and uninstall and reinstall. In the end, we still could not get the scan to email or scan to computer feature to work. I called back again. Spoke to someone else for another 1hr 1/2 to complete all the same processes. I called the third time to speak to a supervisor and was advised they would have to schedue a call back. The rep offered to assist me so again so I allowed. You guessed it. Same processes completed but he did a little more than the others with the same end results. I kept telling them the device was defective. The last rep decided to listen to me and is issuing a replacement. I explained that I need this printer for school and work but mostly for work. It is a must have. I also asked if this printer will be refurbished. I was told it would not be but for some reason, I do not believe that. I was also advised I would not have the replacement printer for an entire week. I have already given my old printer to someone else so what excatly am I suposed to do for work and school? I then proceeded to file a BBB report to find that they have an "F" rating and not BBB accredited. I am going to file a consumer report because this is unacceptable. I never had issues with HP until now. I have been with them for over 6 years. If this is what premium service and upgraded equipment means, I would recommend potential customers who want to upgrade and new customers to choose a different brand. I spent over 4 hours on the phone to be told I will receive a printer in a week. UNACCEPTABLE!!The representatives did their absolute best to assist. I cannot deny that. I realized tonight that HP has poor ethics.
