someone needs to be contacting me asap regarding your driver with holding my parcels due to a complaint made against him!! Customer services are proving no help after 7 complaints made against him he’s still doing rounds but missing my house. Have all cctvYour customer services saying they can’t help me! These are Xmas gifts and items needed asap. Someone must be able to contact the warehouse he’s coming from and his manager. It’s beyond ridiculous. We’re a week from Xmas with no items!!! I’m going to continue making noise until someone sorts this out. We spend a fortune on Amazon and it’s not acceptable He’s been verbally abusive on 2 occasion to my daughter and trespassed on my property 3 times, over the past few weeks 7 complaints have been made and no one is dealing with it, now withholding parcels.
