Drove almost 2 hrs. to the store in Humble Tx. Bought a nice pair of high heels to match my dress for my son's wedding that is in 4 days . I being looking for shoes for a few weeks already! I was so happy I finally found some, well I paid and the cashier check my shoes , collected my money, and I left, got to my home 2 hrs. later opened the box get the shoe for my right foot and saw the other one was a different , AND THERE WAS A THIRD ONE BUT NOT THE ONE I BOUGHT!!!! So I'm left with a pair of shoes I didn't buy , and one shoe from the ones I bought!! Called the store told me I can mail the ones I didn't want ( of course on my own expense) and drive to the store to pick up the shoe for my left foot . MY SON'S WEDDING IS IN 4 DAYS!!! I can't drive back because of my work scheduled. They said they're sorry all they can do is give me a $10 discount on my next purchase. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I've been using Deezer since 2019 and I'm satisfied with it.They've added more anime songs recently and it's great👌🏾Only issues I have are when my network connection is bad. For a better user experience, a song that doesn't load should be skipped automatically instead of asking the user to retry/skip manually.By downloading songs I'm able to avoid those issues.

Best Western New Haven, West Haven, CONNECTICUT: This hotel should be closed. We checked in October 18, 2024 and checked out October 20, 2024. From the moment we walked in the smell of Marijuana permeated the lobby. We should have turned around right then. However, we booked through a third party site and paid in advance --- MISTAKE! We checked in as we had to get ready for an event. We waited for an elevator which did not come. I asked the manager, who by the way, was NO HELP AT ALL, and was told that one elevator was out of order, and the other one serviced the 7 floors of the hotel. The elevator came after a lengthy wait - we could not take the stairs since we had luggage, my husband is sight impaired, and is 81 years of age. We FINALLY arrived at our room on the 4th floor. I left something in the car and went down to retrieve. I was stuck in the elevator on the floors between second and first. I sounded alarms, yelled, hit buttons, and finally the elevator lunged and the door opened. When I exited the front desk personnel were laughing. Said, it happens all the time. Inexecusable. When we got to the room, it was unclean, the toilet would not flush, there was no water pressure, need I go on? For the next two days the elevator malfunctioned more times than I can count - not only did the smell of Marijuana include the lobby, but it reeked on our floor, and in the elevator. I did not feel safe in letting housekeeping come to our room so I put the do not disturb sign on the door. On Sunday we couldn't wait to leave. My husband intended to ask for a refund. We checked out and when we reached out next destination realized that in my haste, I had left some clothes in the drawers, and my husband left his shower clogs. I immediately called and guess what? The shower clogs were there - my clothes were not!! Surprised - not at all. Take this from me - under no circumstances should you book this hotel. There are some very nice hotels all around this one. We booked Hotels.com and this was the one they recommended. NEVER AGAIN. I can't give zero stars or I would. I would also give zero stars to the manager of this hotel who was useless, incompetent, uncaring, and the list goes on. Shame on Best Western for putting an individual like her in charge.

someone needs to be contacting me asap regarding your driver with holding my parcels due to a complaint made against him!! Customer services are proving no help after 7 complaints made against him he’s still doing rounds but missing my house. Have all cctvYour customer services saying they can’t help me! These are Xmas gifts and items needed asap. Someone must be able to contact the warehouse he’s coming from and his manager. It’s beyond ridiculous. We’re a week from Xmas with no items!!! I’m going to continue making noise until someone sorts this out. We spend a fortune on Amazon and it’s not acceptable He’s been verbally abusive on 2 occasion to my daughter and trespassed on my property 3 times, over the past few weeks 7 complaints have been made and no one is dealing with it, now withholding parcels. And yes it’s been confirmed he’s been the driver due to deliver said parcels and hasn’t

Ordered 10 books from Russia. Delivery to the US was quite fast (via DHL), however the parcel arrived half torn, books are falling off. Very disappointing, especially when you are paying for a delivery and it is not just free of charge. Whoever packaged the books clearly did not do a good job, knowing that this box needs an extra tape because the books are heavy and they will be tossed around all over from Russia till they make to the final destination in the US. I wish I could attach some pix of the box I took when I saw it at my doorway. Shocking.

Ordered a dishwasher, unfortunately the screw to integrate in the rest of the kitchen was broken. Otto offered me 40€ payback (after more than one week of waiting for a response), which is absolutely ridiculous for not being able to integrate it seamless. Poor customer service, can't recommend ordering at Otto. I, at least, won't do that ever again.

Never even heard of them till got charged.I don’t have a business, or need for social media. I have three kids and got 561 taken out my account. Had to cancel my card, report to bank, can’t tell me what account it’s linked too, hoping bank get me my money back as it’s my rent payment. Furious!

Unfortunately, I'm not able to watch the video I purchased with English subtitles. I have the correct language selected, and it's not an issue on any other app -- only Domestika. Despite multiple attempts to get help, I have received no helpful response from their so-called support. It's too bad, they have great teachers. I'd love to be able to use the product I paid for on my app.

Bought a new Samsung fridge freezer. From day 1 the fan runs at full power 100% of the time so the noise can be constantly heard above TV, music, conversations etc. When the fridge door is open the whole fridge vibrates so much so that the contents of the fridge physically shake. We requested a Samsung technician to visit and repair or replace the fridge but he said that this is normal behaviour and they refused to do anything.We have now had to throw the fridge away (it is 7 days old) and purchase a new one. Needless to say this will not be a Samsung product and they have lost me as a customer for life.Please, please do not buy Samsung appliances.
