In the past few days, I made several purchases from Amazon and returned three items together in one box. Unfortunately, the courier attached only one label instead of three. I called Amazon Customer Service on the same day to report this, and I was assured that the refund would be processed.However, after waiting 10 days with no update, I contacted customer service again. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that nothing could be done, and the representative simply apologized.I am deeply disappointed with this experience. I trusted Amazon to handle this properly, yet after 10 days of waiting and following up, I am now being told that my refund cannot be issued. I regret making this purchase and hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
