I've had similarly terrible experience with Amazon in other countries, too. The customer service is just a bot that doesn't let you talk to a human. My package was left outside in rain, and I found it covered in slugs hours later. There wasn't even a text or phone call to advise about exact delivery time, and I can't get to talk to a human (because Amazon would rather squeeze all profits and employ fewer people, despite its pitiable pay).
