I had an issue with a parcel today, I contacted customer service and they were very helpful, they said they would arrange for my parcel to be redelivered, I was kept up to date with emails and had a call from them as well, I was even issued a refund for the inconvenience. My parcel turned up with no further problems. Thank you for all your help.
