I went to go get some food from my job as I had just got paid .i had actually forgotten about the offer I got and went to pay normally while I was walking home I discovered I only paid six dollars for my food instead of eleven and I thought it would work cause it was a small restaurant but it did I was very happy to keep an extra five dollars

I'm pretty sure the way business is being conducted at this organization is illegal. Sophisticated theft when it comes to customers cancelling their subscriptions without them honoring it. Not to mention, they make it deliberately nearly impossible to cancel a subscription or to talk to a customer service representative. They need to be closed down ! Avoid with all your existence!

Wanting to change my PSN ID. First attempt I thought I had it. Didn’t work. Several more phone calls. Security issue, can’t tell me what, made a suggestion, they can’t do that. They tried to phone me twice, picked up silence on the end. The only answer I finally got was to create another account.

This lame company dont have an option for secondary authorised security level, witch should only take an email or a SMS code to write in

I used to be a regular contributer of reviews. Recently I logged in and an authentication email was sent to the account I joined the site on several years ago and which no longer have acess to. I wrote to the admin and was gruffly told to start a new account so the previous few years I contributed to were an absolute waste of time but a corporate company like this obviously don't care about people volunteering their free time to improve a website

I had an issue with a parcel today, I contacted customer service and they were very helpful, they said they would arrange for my parcel to be redelivered, I was kept up to date with emails and had a call from them as well, I was even issued a refund for the inconvenience. My parcel turned up with no further problems. Thank you for all your help.

Asus answers every complaint here. but in real their service is bad, and they let you hang and not repair your products, instead find any excuse not to repair but make money from you, warranty means zero at Asus, I am prepared to take legal action against this brand, they need sorting out and consumer rights need to take action.

My profile got hacked, i don't know how, my friend just sent me a picture and said (What happened to your tiktok?) and i went straight on tiktok to see what happened, and i was logged out, i told him to go on my profile and send me username cause hacker changed username and everything, and i've seen some videos of some random girl, some scam s**t. And i wrote that to the tiktok support, literally in detail, i also provided with my previous username and previous email that i used to create account. I don't care about followers i've had, but videos i've made, thats very old account, like 2+ years. And after sending ticket and explaining everything to them and that all my passwords got leaked on darkweb (checked that on pentester), i waited 3 days just to see that ticket is closed, i didn't get ANYTHING from them, not any message from them.
