It has been a mixed experience...while most of my deliveries were quite on time and the packaging and product qualities also were quite good earlier, in recent past, I would say, their service quality has gone down. The delivered products from the listed vendors are being repeatedly inappropriate, there is a drastic fall in the quality of products too. The packaging is also not that great sometimes... They need to be a little particular to get back to the track.
