I can't express how unbelievably shit Premiere Pro is. Pardon my French, but, frankly, I've had enough. I'm at the point where I'm flipping out like a toddler in my office at 1 AM after babysitting my goddamn computer for TWO AND A HALF HOURS just for Adobe Media Encoder to crash. That's after I left it for (approx.) a lightyear to give me an error message that made no sense. I've wasted hours of my life waiting for this software to crash during encoding, and for it to not tell me in English what the hell happened when it failed. The only reason I rated two stars is because when the software works, it's alright. Horrible quality software with even worse quality optimizations. Use some profit to fund your shitbox software, Adobe.

Customer service is very poor. I had tried to return my product (I was applicable according to flipkart rule and regulation), but flipkart postponed it many times (It was complete mental harrasment, I had called many times at required interval) and lastly refused to return it.

The manager at 1432 Butterfield Rd, Downers Grove, IL is a racist who called me the nword and said the store does not sell fried chicken or watermelons. Other shoppers have also post about him using the nword on other review sites.Still, Best Buy refuses to fire him. Remember, in 2011, the company settled a discrimination lawsuit. I guess nothing has changed.

Spotify started going downhill for a while now, then they come up with this cool idea “Spotify Duo” and send me CONSTANT ads about it. Then when my significant other and I try to do it, we don’t meet the “eligibility requirements” of living in the same house to do it. How stupid is that. I would be happy if it wasn’t restricted to living together. Unfortunately we physically CANNOT live together at this moment. Thanks Spotify for yet another disappointment.

Preply! Simply the best! It was a bit of a mission to book a trial lesson but together with support, we figured it out. It turns out that you don't receive a trial lesson initially. You pay the amount per hour as on your tutors profile. THEN after the trial if you were not satisfied with that tutor OR he or she did not show for the trial lesson (which happened in my case) you can switch tutors. Be mindful to transfer the balance to your new tutor before booking the trial, otherwise it will show that you have a balance of 0 lessons although you have a free switch. If you have any problems however, contact support on the question mark in the right hand corner. They say the are on intercom but I don't know how that works to be quite honest so I just typed in the support chat until a human responded. We worked through the issue from 11:30 to 20:00 but we sorted it out! So yes I have a trial and i will start lessons on Monday!

I have an HP Laptop (Envy) and I was able to get support during the first year I owned it, but after that, they stopped providing updated drivers nor support on the phone or their website. I expected that the product would be supported (at least with updated drivers) for more than 1 year after buying it!!!!The upshot of this, is that certain things no longer work and cannot be fixed - e.g. bluetooth no longer works, so I cannot use any bluetooth devices with the laptop.

It has been a mixed experience...while most of my deliveries were quite on time and the packaging and product qualities also were quite good earlier, in recent past, I would say, their service quality has gone down. The delivered products from the listed vendors are being repeatedly inappropriate, there is a drastic fall in the quality of products too. The packaging is also not that great sometimes... They need to be a little particular to get back to the track.
