No bikes, no refund and no explanation.

I am still awaiting a refund under the Amazon A-Z refunds procedure for two e-bikes bought through third party seller YinPing in mid-May. I have been told that my card has not been debited (it was); that the order had been cancelled as requested when 6 weeks later it hadn't even left the warehouse (it wasn't); that my refund was 'stuck', 'processed', 'under review', 'guaranteed'. The amount is 1,786 euros. I cannot buy the e-bikes my husband and I wanted for this summer, as I am now short of the money. I cancelled the order in writing with YinPing and with Amazon at the beginning of July, and have had nothing but excuses since then. I have dealt with Amazon for over 20 years, but will not be using them again.Update: my email to Jeff Bezos got the head of the Spanish Amazon customer services involved. He just told me the same as everyone else, EXCEPT he was eventually able to give me a ref number for a refund that was sent on August 10th, and my bank was then able to track it and verify it. I received the refund last week, 3 months after the money that I was told would not be taken from my bank account had been debited.
