Eventbrite Australia, be wary people. I was scammed of an event and contacted Eventbrite Australia. I got referred to the complaints email and they denied any liability. The money was not the issue, the issue was that Eventbrite Australia allowed a fake scam event within their website, only to have members of the public purchase these tickets without any liability on Eventbrite Australia regulating their Events on their site. I will absolutely never trust Eventbrite and I will certainly spread how bad the reputation is as other people here on this review page have also expressed their displeasure. 1 star rating absolutely justified.

I ordered something via OTTO´s website. However, when the item arrived I was not home and it was returned to the supplier which was another company that is not OTTO, but uses OTTO for their deliveries and payments. On their website, OTTO showed the item as having been delivered to me which was clearly not true. I started to receive letters from OTTO and Ratepay saying that I should pay and even though I called OTTO several times and told them that I had not received the item, they just told me that they would let Ratepay know and cancel the debt. The supplier even sent an email confirming that they had received the item back but Ratepay still kept on sending me letters and warnings that I should pay. Now I have received a letter from the Inkasso (German debt collectors) warning me to pay for an item I NEVER received, or I would face the consequences. I am VERY disappointed in OTTO and Ratepay´s customer services because I tried SEVERAL times to clear this issue!

worse customer service. will not take back my scooter when the brakes (!!) broke twice in 5 months. the brakes are defect! they send you on a loop for two weeks talking to several customer service people and in the end they gave no solution.It is great if the device you get is perfect. But please know that they will not help you even if they sent you a problematic item. You’re on your own. All they keep saying is they want to fix it again - but personally I do not want to get on this scooter ever again since I already risked my life twice with the brakes breaking in the middle of a street.Oh and in response to bol: my exact problem is that I don’t want to get this scooter fixed again, the brakes will surely break again since it’s happened twice in 5 months! So that is not a resolution. Just know they won’t help you if you have a problem.

Just bought an item on Bol.com website, it says order 23.59 and its in your house tomorrow, i could have chosen the same item but with late delivery but i choose to pay more to receive it in the day after, that did not happen, ive contacted costumer service, and the answer was ,they can not do nothing and i have to wait one week , now i dont have the item and no money , this doesnt look honest

Horrible. They have an extremely horrible cancellation policy. I requested canceling two weeks before the order was going to be shipped and they said they could not cancel the order. And they have a 15% restocking fee. It's been 9 days since I have requested for the cancellation and of course I have still not got my laptop. This is the worst company ever to do business with. I will never buy from HP's website directly ever again.

Absolutely has to have the worst customer service on the planet. They dont pay attention to your issue, no matter how well you explain it. You will have to request a supervisor at least 10 times. Yes its cheap but not worth the frustration.Responding: I have been a customer for a number of years. More recently the customer service has gone way down. The customer service agents do not pay attention to the chat even when it comes to validating you have to keep repeating yourself. Once you state what your issue is with your website or what help you need, they don't focus. They offer you assistance in areas that you do not need. Right now my website is down. Because of the changes they have made in the packages for hosting and the new homepage for accounts, it's very hard to find how to get to the page to manage your website. Also once I have found how to manage my website I'm getting an error message and not able to get to my dashboard. I have explained this to three different customer service agents. I requested a technical escalation and I was refused after asking at least 10 times for a ticket to go out for my issue to tech. Right now my website is still down. I'm completely disgusted.

It used to be good but my last three orders two of them didn't even show up when they were supposed to and the third one wasn't even shipped and it was supposed to be same day delivery their customer service is lousy all you get is a AI chat bot I pay for prime for a reason it's to get free shipping and same day shipping what's the point of paying for it if out of my last three orders and none of them have gotten there on time
