Shambolic. Why are lockers not available for some orders? I chose home delivery then never received my parcel, no carrier info, even the seller doesn't have the carrier info. It's all well and good to be refunded but I would prefer the company to be functional so I can receive my order.Amazon customer service just tell you whatever, without checking the details or checking what exchanges you have already had. The told me my parcel was damaged (not true).It's impossible to get any meaningful information from them.
