Customer Service is useless. Incompetent

Customer Service is useless. Incompetent. I am a buyer but I'm also an independent author who have two books with KDP. I never log out of my amazon account on my laptop because I work in it every single day. So when I changed my phone number I wanted to go into settings, change it and carry on with my day. One particular day I noticed that I was logged out of my account and couldnt log back in because the OTC Verification goes to the old phone number. I called Amazon 7 different times and every last person was someone out of the country who (1) didnt understand nothing I was telling them and (2) told me they (customer service) didnt have the power to forward me to tech support and couldnt help me with my Kindle account. Instead, they sent me an email instructing me on how to log in. A billion dollar company and this is the best you can offer for customer service. HOW are you a billion dollar company with such lousy customer service?! I dug through my email and found a kindle publishing support email and explained my problem. I get a response stating that they dont accept incoming emails and sent links with Q&A how what you need to do if you are unhappy with your order. They have sent this same email to me over and over again. Something SO simple as having tech support override the OTC verification so I can get in. I am SICK of this company. They dont care about their customers but they love your money. I'm going to find a way to remove my books from Kindle Publishing and take my work elsewhere.
