Very unhelpful,, customer service is useless,, can't get any answers,,, Locked out of my account with nearly £100 of vouchers to spend I received at Xmas,,,, can't access account,, phoned them up ,, more rubbish no answers and no care ,,, stay well clear of amazon,,, they are thieves
