BEWARE AMAZON MARKETPLACE. I bought a big-ticket item that broke within the warranty period, I contacted the seller through my Amazon account, as instructed by Amazon but have been repeatedly ignored by the seller/manufacturer. Amazon says "tough", does nothing and continues to allow this product to be sold by this seller/manufacturer. I'm out 400€.Amazon is reportedly losing money and seems to be changing its customer service policies.I'm sad. I've been a loyal Amazon customer from almost the beginning but I realize now that if I buy a big-ticket item that I will not be protected, unless it's by the manufacturer. But even with a warranty and consumer protection laws some manufacturers on Amazon seem to realize that they can ignore the buyer's emails and continue to sell on Amazon.
