Do not use this conpany. They have no loyalty to their loyal customers at all. I'm beyond angry with this company. I've been with this company for years and they cancelled my card this morning with no authorization. When I called to inquire, they read off a policy stating minimal usage and credit score. Ive been using my card the past 2 weeks. And I actually have a positive balance on it. Isn't that interesting? I dont owe them a payment and my credit score is 690 and growing with no late payments. And my credit length history is stable and structured. So explain to me how that validates their reason? My Amex card account has 194.44 to the good on it and they cancelled it. Let's explain that. Early spring I payed an health insurance 300 some and they had a 30 day review period, which I canceled and disputed with Amex to ensure I got the money back as I did not use the company at all. It finally refunded recently and Ive been using the credited funds. Now they cancel. EXTREMELY bad business from Amex. Do not go with this company. The lady I spoke with stated that an email had been sent explaining why this action was taken. That was over an hour ago, and still no email. As a loyal customer, I've never been treated so badly by a credit company. And yes, I always paid off my balance, was never late and paid above the minimum required. Do not choose to do your business with this incompetent company.
