Had to dispute the charge cause trying to contact a representative is impossible..The status on my account regarding the order is still "delivered" ..no it's not.No response via phone/email/chat ,nada.Will never buy online with this irresponsible company.

I ordered a pair of Boggs work boots 11/7/2023. On 11/17/2023 I called customer service because my boots are still in processing. To which the operator told me that my boots have just been shipped. After she initially asked me how my package was as if I received it. She told me I should expect my boots in another week. A month... I'll never order from these bums a day in my life if this is how they operate.

I had such a great experience with Animoto and their wonderful customer specialist and they helped me get set up and refunded the subscription I accidentally put in yesterday. Their response was so immediate and efficient. Recommend this tool as an another opportunity for students to share their learning!

I bought G60 5g,doed after 2 months. Was sent to repair, motherboard was changed on the same phone. After 4 months from the repair same thing happened,again on repair. Do not waste your money...Nokia is far way down....not the one that used to be. AVOID

Further to previous review: Heating & hot water stopped on Friday 28th Feb. Ambient temperature -1C. No way to contact Nest, YouTube helped identify the problem (the heat link) but fixes were way beyond my abilities. On Sunday 2nd got an auto email from Nest saying it was aware my Nest did not appear to be working, told me to contact a website to replace the heat link at no fee. By this time I had already given up on Nest, booked someone to come on Monday and replace it with a Hive, which he did, for a very reasonable fee. And if something goes wrong, I can call him! Good old days rool.

After using Mcafee for a few years I have to say I am not happy with the recent changes applied to the application. The software now contrains a self clean system which keeps wiping session history from my applications despite me asking for it to be switched off multiple occassions in the settings. Sort out your buggy software Mcafee.

4+ hours on chats in total. The automated verification of my ID was not working because the barcode on my ID is worn out. Asked chat several times to escalate me and they refused, asking me to repeat steps, not listening after I tell them I've done what they asked and the result, they are still insistent on re-attempting. After 3 hours, I again asked for their manual KYC queue and "Terence" said, 'I can't until we've exhausted every option.' THREE HOURS IS EXHAUSTIVE. My chat then restarted, and then a new guy named Rohit, and he put me through the same steps again like my 3 hours were nonexistent. THEY HAVE A MANUAL VERIFICATION PROCESS BUT REFUSED TO OFFER IT TO ME! I am still on chat with this guy. And if I don't get a resolution soon, I will be filing an official complaint, then after 15 business days if I still don't get a resolution I will be escalating it to the FSPO of Ireland with all of the screenshots I took of the conversation. Will never EVER do business with these guys again.EDIT: 6/1, follow up to company reply:"Ja" with customer support is telling me to do the exact same thing that I've said I have a problem with. Do not use this conpany. They have no loyalty to their loyal customers at all. I'm beyond angry with this company. I've been with this company for years and they cancelled my card this morning with no authorization. When I called to inquire, they read off a policy stating minimal usage and credit score. Ive been using my card the past 2 weeks. And I actually have a positive balance on it. Isn't that interesting? I dont owe them a payment and my credit score is 690 and growing with no late payments. And my credit length history is stable and structured. So explain to me how that validates their reason? My Amex card account has 194.44 to the good on it and they cancelled it. Let's explain that. Early spring I payed an health insurance 300 some and they had a 30 day review period, which I canceled and disputed with Amex to ensure I got the money back as I did not use the company at all. It finally refunded recently and Ive been using the credited funds. Now they cancel. EXTREMELY bad business from Amex. Do not go with this company. The lady I spoke with stated that an email had been sent explaining why this action was taken. That was over an hour ago, and still no email. As a loyal customer, I've never been treated so badly by a credit company. And yes, I always paid off my balance, was never late and paid above the minimum required. Do not choose to do your business with this incompetent company.

i online shop all of the time and have never had such a frustrating experience. i ordered two items, neither of them were charged upon ordering, which was not made clear when purchasing. they only charge your card once it ships, but do not give accurate dates for when this occurs. if you use your payment method for bills just DO NOT BUY. i have had money overdrafted at random times, then released back into my account, missing direct debits and incurring fees. customer service reps were just horrid, none of them could help and would just advise you to speak with another team, who would do the exact same thing. not being in the US, i could not even call their phone line. you are better off to buy the brands they stock directly from the brands, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS CRAPPY MIDDLE MAN.
