What went wrong THIS TIME?Which day are you referring to? We have been calling trying to fix my access since July 3024, for which I have been the account manager for 40 years. I have to jump through hoops. They made me set up my own login, they want my SS#. But when I call to access account information, they route me through to "Fraud Protection". Unfortunately, I get disconnected when they try to link the call to their "Collegue". They never return calls after the disconnection, I just have to start all over again.
