Get rid of "X" (Twitter) as a section - IT'S NOT NEWS!

Google news is supposed to be news - not advertising disguised as news. It's one thing to have ad banners and pop ups that are the means to pay for a service that is "free," but to have a section devoted to "X" (formerly known as twitter) has no journalistic value. These "tweets" are not news - these are opinions, mainly by biased interested parties.

Left my wallet and phone on a plane. A few days later when I got my phone back I called to explain the situation. They didn't care and charged me a late fee. It was such a stressful week with all my cards locked and having to lock my accounts. NO THANK YOU AMEX

What went wrong THIS TIME?

What went wrong THIS TIME?Which day are you referring to? We have been calling trying to fix my access since July 3024, for which I have been the account manager for 40 years. I have to jump through hoops. They made me set up my own login, they want my SS#. But when I call to access account information, they route me through to "Fraud Protection". Unfortunately, I get disconnected when they try to link the call to their "Collegue". They never return calls after the disconnection, I just have to start all over again.

Think twice about getting an American…

Think twice about getting an American Express card. My payment is due on the 8th of the month. We submitted payment that is currently processed. They declined a $41 charge before the due date of my statement. I have been with AMEX for over 41 years, and their service continues to decline. At one point, I had 3 AMEX cards. I now have one, and soon none.

I accidentally damaged my $350 mobo…

I accidentally damaged my $350 mobo slightly so I thought it was gone. Then a year later I thought I may be able to pay for a replacement. I mailed it in and somehow they replaced it for free despite me stating that I caused the physical damage on the board. Amazing!

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN - Do NOT buy an Asus product. They do NOT stand behind their products. I have a laptop with a cracked screen. This (from my experience) is an EXTREMELY rare event - first time EVER for me and I've owned a dozen laptops or more over a period of MORE than 35 years. When presented with these facts and a REASONABLE solution, they effectively told me to GO POUND SAND. And this was the CEO's office. CLEARLY all Asus want's is your $$ up front and as soon as warranty runs out... you're done. NO EXCEPTIONS. So, I say... NEVER AGAIN!!
