What section 75? I had an issue with a service that I purchased using my credit card, which was not as advertised. I sent all supporting evidence to American Express after the company providing the service refused to refund me or compensate me, and AX did not help me in the slightest in terms of customer service or the use of section 75. Would not recommend to anyone.
