I am currently unable to receive emails and to make matters worse the sender is unaware. The issue is that the domain supposedly requires some updated information. GoDaddy hosts the domain - no effort to reach me to update - just stopped sending emails to me - process to correct in standard format is at least 72 hours - imagine if this was the phone or heat or electricity - customer service unhelpful I was able to finally regain access to my email- but no thanks to Go Daddy - they really need to address this issue.

The system is really clunky and tricky to book. If you dare make a genuine mistake you are totally stuffed as there is no way to request a refund or cancellation even at event organisers discretion. When confirming purchase its not clear what you are confirming. I advise any events companies to avoid EventBright to make their bookings!

Just a disgusting company, who treat their customers like dirt and hides behind emails and auto generated responses!Accusing a 7 year old of coin distributing for listing a player at full value (30k) and wiping all coins (over 1 milion) from the account that i have legitimately worked hard to build up. They ignore reasoning and just couldn't wait for an excuse to wipe out coins earned over a 4 month period.Even when i admitted the mistake (on behalf of my son) it makes no difference. I will be looking legal action or a small court claim. They refuse to give me any details on how to complain or write an official letter. How can that be legal or ethical. Anyone that can help further I'd be happy to hear from them.Thanks EA for ruining the fun i once shared with my son as he now refuses to play the game. He's devastated! I will ensure that we never buy any games from EA again and will advise all friends, family and colleagues to do the same. You have lost a loyal customer and you are a complete disgrace. How on earth are you trading and getting away with malpractice is beyond me!

I would give a negative start but it wasn't an option. I had a contract for 12mbps last year because it was the only option they could provide but I got less than 0.5mbps in more than 80% of the speed tests I did throughout the day and night (best case it was 2mbps). We troubleshooted many times with the online support and the answer was always the same ("seems that there is a tower issue nearby"). Then on Nov2023 an ATT rep during one of the reports mentioned that I was because the router was outdated; so they offered an upgrade promotion to increase to 100mbps with a new router and I would just have to turn off the old one. I took that option, but from Nov2023 until now I ended up paying (Jan2024) for the old service and the new one that was supposed to be an upgrade (not an addition), and the best part is that the new router and service didn't go beyond 5mbps 99% of the times we tested. several calls and remote reconfigurations, reboots, and factory resets, and the best speed ever was 10mbps. By the way, every call and remote assistance took at least 1.5 hours, and 20 was just trying to get the right person to help.

The product is good but their service is terrible. I paid for my subscription over 10 days ago on their site. They deny receipt of payment, even though the payment went through and reflects clearly on my bank statement as payment made on Animoto.They no longer respond to my emails and seems like I have lost my money.In South Africa, we call this theft! After numerous emails to try and resolve this, they have shut down and I am getting no response. I had bought from them previously and know how its meant to work.

My son ordered a CPU that was delivered inside another box with 2 other items, but CPU box had seal broken and not inside. £300 ! What a disgusting theft, he purchased this with money his grandad left him after passing away. Amazon really need to sort out the corruption within the company. Son is devastated. He rang them up and was told to call the police, which is wrong ! It's a civil matter as he never received the CPU so it was never stolen from him. Amazon need to call the police, have the CPU box sent back for finger prints. Every time we call Amazon they pass on one person to another saying the same thing.

If I could put no stars then I would. I ordered a set of headphones from Amazon.co.uk, at the time of order, and then in the confirmation email, the delivery date was the 22nd February 2025. Then, when I got the confirmation of dispatch email the deliver date had changed to the 27th February 2025, 5 days late. When I eventually managed to speak with someone at Amazon about this (which is virtually impossible as I am sure you will know if you have tried), the person I spoke with was no help at all, he could not explain why there was a delay and insisted that the delivery date of the 27th was "on time", despite what I was informed at order. He would not look into the matter, insisted that I could not cancel now and would not put me through to a supervisor. Another example of poor customer service from this sub-standard company.

First the online portal is not fit for purpose. I didn't want an auto-renewal, but my only option to cancel it would cancel my subscription entirely. I thought I'd wait til my subscription was coming to a close as it doesn't do much but prevent sites I know are trusted from loading and offer to clear trackers every now and then, which my computer can do by itself. Anyway, a month before my subscription was due they whip £100 out of my bank, no notification. I try to cancel this on the website which sends me in circles from cancel to a help page back to a cancel page and back. So I have to call them. Its a bad line with an person that has poor English. They try to discount me by £40 to stay. I say no. They waffle away for 25 minutes (kudos to them) about benefits and then offer me a 'special price' of £29.99. It's an absolute con. How can they just whip a premium rate out of your account without warning (I'd have cancelled the whole thing if I had it - that's how), then drop the price by 70%. Terrible product. Terrible strategy that breeds distrust in a brand that purports to keep you 'safe'. Dodge like a COVID cough.

Very pathetic customer service and fraud , scam happened to me, they delivered me luggage bag , I didn’t like the material quality so i did create return request, and it was within time period and it was approved, now in the day of pickup , no one showed up and i called them , they said there was a glitch in the system , so we cant see details properly.We need to created new return request but it was our of my return time period, i told that representative that will they consider as this is outside of time frame she said yes they will know this things and consider , but since than its been more than a month but still they are keep rejecting my return request i created more than 5 times but all time they are rejecting and my money stuck and they are not returning back. This is kind of fraud and scam happened to my by flipkart and customer service

I feel completely scammed by Domestika. Like many others, I was scammed in with a free trial Plus subscription — only to be unexpectedly charged $185 for a full-year subscription I never agreed to. There was no clear warning or reminder, and no easy way to opt out.After reading many similar reviews, it's clear this isn’t a one-off mistake, but a pattern. I honestly wonder what the Federal Trade Commission or other consumer protection agencies or IRS would say about a setup like this. Domestika, you should be ashamed. Spend my money on medicines! What section 75? I had an issue with a service that I purchased using my credit card, which was not as advertised. I sent all supporting evidence to American Express after the company providing the service refused to refund me or compensate me, and AX did not help me in the slightest in terms of customer service or the use of section 75. Would not recommend to anyone.
