The worst bank and worst customer services.I’ve used American Express British airways credit card, for 1 month after issuing.On the second month Amex stated sort of investigation on my financial history, at the moment so far I am waiting almost 5 months for their decision, I spoke to the poor customer service and from 10 times 10 people can’t answer me properly or given me a proper answer.However I will wait till end of the Month if there is not an update I will close that account, and definitely I will not recommend AMEX to no one and I will advice nobody else to use AMEX
