This is the second Philips Sonicare my wife has purchased and yet again it has stopped working just outside of the warranty period. Whilst the toothbrush works well it does not last beyond the warranty period.Personally I use Oral B toothbrushes and they last for years, finally if you are considering telephoning Philips to actually speak to a human being forget it, it's impossible!!

My husband went to donate to the Droitwich store a mixed bag of goods which included 3 or 4 very new books amongst other things but we wanted to have the bag back as it was reusable and useful. When asking if he could have the bag back he was told “ you can take the whole lot back, we don’t want books” So abrupt and cold. Cannot believe this is the attitude of charity workers. We then took it to RSPCA shop who gladly took the items and we had the bag back. We will donate elsewhere in future.

Agoda sold us 2 plane tickets for a flight already gone. I was on Kayak on March 13th at 1300hrs and selected a flight from Hanoi to Brisbane for 1555hrs. When redirected to agoda, unbeknownst to me my flight was changed to a flight that had occured earlier in the day at 5:30am. Agoda has to confirm with the airlines the seat availablity before putting through payment. Somehow the seats were confirmed for a flight already gone by 8 hours! I demand a refund! These seats should have been denied!

Been I member with AAA since the 90's customer service has definitely gone down hill , unfortunately My home is insured by them. Until I can find another homeowner insurance I'm stuck with them. On 09/30/24 Trying to get auto insurance impossible to reach these people with the toll free number what's the purpose on calling. It would have been much easier to do everything online ...for a quate. WT@ 🗯️😠Another reason AAA deserves one ⭐

Actually it's 0 stars but that option is not available. Target online customer service is deplorable!! Out of Country customer service people that have 0 clue about providing any form of customer service. I sent an item back over a week ago with the label target sent to me via email. I have the tracking from UPS but Target states they cannot yet locate it!@#$%^&*()_. SERIOUSLY!!!!!. TIME TO CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!!!!!

Overcharged! There is no way to actually dispute this, because the stupid app only tells you to click on it and then nothing happens. It clearly said $4.99 when I chose the ride, but instead the charge was $10, which I wasn't aware of until after the fact-- and after I tip the driver $5

I have been a customer for seven years. I loved DropBox. Their app was exactly what I needed to quickly upload and share files. As a creative, this feature is essential to my work. Today, I was locked out of my account because someone was accessing a link. Okay, which link? They couldn't tell me. Which file do I need to adjust and to what level? They couldn't tell me. After multiple attempts with their customer service team there is no solution.

The worst bank and worst customer services.I’ve used American Express British airways credit card, for 1 month after issuing.On the second month Amex stated sort of investigation on my financial history, at the moment so far I am waiting almost 5 months for their decision, I spoke to the poor customer service and from 10 times 10 people can’t answer me properly or given me a proper answer.However I will wait till end of the Month if there is not an update I will close that account, and definitely I will not recommend AMEX to no one and I will advice nobody else to use AMEX
