No customer service. Making decisions without logic or explanation

I have been a member with AMEX UK for years. I have the platinum card and the platinum Cashback. This year was a victim of fraud and they kept reassuring the charges will be reimbursed. 2 months down the line it is still coming up and now they have cancelled my cards! No explanation. Tried calling them and wait for hours and no answer. I have called them at 9am and been waiting till 4/5pm to speak to someone and no one answers. There is no email to email them to. I don’t get how this company has been allowed to continue when they are treating people like this. I always paid on time and paid card annual fees like clock work.
