I have the same experience as another review. Got a Card with AMEX then a few weeks later was put on stop to carry out a credit Review!!!! I have sent the info requested but no response.Customer call centre not answering. have spent over 10 hours waiting. after 2 hours wait the phone automatically cut off. Live chat on the web site unavailable. Emailed credit review agian to ask whats happening, no reply. My parter is away with the card and she is unable to pay the hotel as it has been suspended!!!I also tried contacting Amex through messenger on facebook. Got told to speak to CS although I had already told them the issues with CS non existenceAbsolute shambles. I will be cutting up card going to another provider
