I have had to contact customer service over a number of issues over the past few months, and each and every time they were unable to help or offer me any kind of solution. They were rude, dismissive, continually kept me waiting and every person I spoke to was unable to even form a coherent sentence. I have now cancelled my subscription and will be using a competitor instead.

After watching CNN this morning, I was quite insulted with Scott Jennings comments about Biden's pardon of his son Hunter. Not only calling Biden a liar and hypocrite but, calling any Democrat names for agreeing with the pardon. We all know that Jennings is a trump supporter and makes all sorts of excuses for trumps behavior. However, when he starts calling democrats derogatory names on national tv that truly hits below the belt. We don't need to hear his negative comments or, reviews. There are plenty of other Republican commentators that CNN can use. I hope CNN drops him off their programs and replaces him immediately. Otherwise, I will stop watching any show that uses him as a commentator.

I have the same experience as another review. Got a Card with AMEX then a few weeks later was put on stop to carry out a credit Review!!!! I have sent the info requested but no response.Customer call centre not answering. have spent over 10 hours waiting. after 2 hours wait the phone automatically cut off. Live chat on the web site unavailable. Emailed credit review agian to ask whats happening, no reply. My parter is away with the card and she is unable to pay the hotel as it has been suspended!!!I also tried contacting Amex through messenger on facebook. Got told to speak to CS although I had already told them the issues with CS non existenceAbsolute shambles. I will be cutting up card going to another provider

Shout out for honoring your refund policy.Also, loved the platform, many great courses. Will definitely be back when i get enough time to start another course.Thanks

They are accumulating the money and never returned as they are playing with greed of humans. Some day they will disappear with all your money.
