Terrible. Never trust them with your credit card. After your subscription is over they will automatically renew it and continue to charge your card. It is impossible to resolve any issues with them as they do not have a phone number and they simply ignore emails and help requests. There are many other reputable companies, use them! Animoto is AWFUL!!!!Chris,I appreciate your concern, however I've been asking for help for almost two weeks and this issue still has not been resolved. We make a plan for one of your customer service managers to call me (they will not provide me with a number, so I cannot call you) and then this, that, and the other happen and surprise, I am never contacted. This really is the most inept customer service department I've ever dealt with in my life. If it is not intentional (which I think there is a strong chance it is) then it is horribly mismanaged.
