Terrible customer service!! I hade same problem that many other people has with them. Paid for one month and were charged for two more. No billing emails, they sending advertisements but can't afford email that they use my credit card. Untrusted company. Its almost impossible to get your money back or get help from customer service. They said that they will contact me in 3 busines days and it's been more than 2 weeks now. be very very careful with giving them your credit card. Even I deleted it from my account right away. It still were charge. I believe it called stealing.
