I submitted a baggage damage claim to Emirates on 15 April, and as of today (12 May), I have received no response at all. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially from a reputed international airline. I expected better communication and accountability. I would rate this experience 0 stars if possible.

Terrible customer service!! I hade same problem that many other people has with them. Paid for one month and were charged for two more. No billing emails, they sending advertisements but can't afford email that they use my credit card. Untrusted company. Its almost impossible to get your money back or get help from customer service. They said that they will contact me in 3 busines days and it's been more than 2 weeks now. be very very careful with giving them your credit card. Even I deleted it from my account right away. It still were charge. I believe it called stealing.

Website stock control is terrible. I placed an order online for an item which was in stock. About 30 minutes later I received an email telling me the item was out of stock and on back order. However the website will allow you to buy another right now. So basically that’s fraud - “wrongful deception in order to make financial gain”.I won’t be ordering from them again.

I'm paying for the service and still they don't know how to talk. Have some respect for your customers.If I have no idea about the issue, that's why I calling the customer service. This is the reason you need to explain me every single thing, instead of being rude, arrogant. You are not going to die if you'll speak nicely and do your job.Honestly, last time I talked, they were being nice and forcing me to buy the subscripton. And when I have it, they don't have any respect for you.I'm so disappointed!!!

I took a subscription years ago and as I wanted to save on my budget, decided to cancel it. I cannot believe how difficult the cancellation process is with a chat with someone literally not letting do it. I had to repeat over 10 times that I want to cancel now and be lectured on why it is a bad idea. This is simply unbelievable but for sure I will never subscribe to this paper ever again. I initially thought I would just pause it until money gets better, now I simply hate them and their evil policy.

I've had an Amex credit card as a backup card for several years. As such I rarely use it and any charges are noticeable. Earlier this year, my card was compromised. Amex reached out to me, the fraudulent charges were resolved, and I received a new card. I have not used the new card since, nor taken it outside the house. Still, it was compromised again, apparently immediately! This time, Amex did not notice the fraudulent activity. I have never had this sort of issue with any bank or credit card before, so I would recommend caution before choosing to bank with Amex.

Plan Burrito! Fantastic wraps that are perfectly wrapped by Khuzama and Mahammed. You can go small, medium or large. If you’re really hungry go large and I can honestly say these are seriously large! Brilliant food at a reasonable price and the staff are first class; doesn’t come better! Six stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Seller on Abe Books, Irish Booksellers, regularly does not ship items. They claim they "don't have a tracking number". I think they just hope customers forget that they made the orders! When I demanded a refund, it was a huge hassle. They refunded the cheaper book but kept the money for the more expensive book. Eventually, they made the refunds but KEPT THE TAX charged on items that they never even shipped! I made a dispute with my credit card company and got full refunds for both items. The question is: Why does Abe Books continue to allow this "seller" to try to scam people on their platform?
