The packaging (box) of the product (candle) was in bad shape, and when I opened the box and saw the candle it was disappointing to see the condition it was in, the surface of the candle was grubby, dusty and covered in some kind of glitter. Thankfully I hadn’t bought it as a gift but nonetheless it was extremely disappointing and I would be unlikely to order a product online like that from Anthropologie again without being assured of its condition.
