This is the third time I have been sent the wrong item. This incorrect item also has a worn and tatty label that looks like someone has been wearing them for a month. It’s insulting. You would think for the massive price tags that they could get it together to send the correct things. I’m now trying to find a way to contact them by email and it’s not easy. I don’t want to chat to a bot. I won’t be using them again.
