I have been working to utilize this platform for a month, and it is not performing at the promised level. The AI funnel generation has not worked, which is why I chose to utilize this platform, to begin with. Their customer service has been poor, and they require me to upgrade my plan to use their services that are not working right now. My team and I previously requested an extension of the trial to properly use their tools and leave a somewhat positive review; however, that is not possible at the moment. It's been a long and tumultuous startup journey, and my team and I have communicated numerous times that their generative AI has not been working, to which they replied this is a "known problem." There has been no communication about how long this problem has been known. It seems like a scam to get people to pay money with poor delivery.

Potentially a very good system, it is awesome you can choose your own writing style. But the company makes it very hard for itself, by 1) only facilitating credit card 2) a bug on their side that makes credit card payment impossible 3) very bad email replies when the problem is brougth to their attention

I purchased a Nintendo switch and 2 games for my son’s birthday. After setting it up we realised that the controllers were faulty. I returned the console and the 2 games in the same box, with all 3 return labels that were provided. After a couple of weeks I received the refund for the console, but not the games?? I waited a while before contacting Amazon just incase it would briefly follow. I contacted customer service after checking the refund status on my account. Which showed that they haven’t received the items??? For weeks I’ve gone back and forth with them saying they were in the same box as the console that I’ve been refunded for! Time and time again they said they will only refund when they receive items. Now after many weeks of returning the items, they say I’ve got to wait a further 40 plus days to get my money back?? Shocking to say the least.

I've been a prime customer for at least the last ten years but I finally made the decision and cancelled my membership. Far too many parcels shipped using Prime and given the promised delivery day/date, booked a day off to wait in to ensure receipt. Delivery states delivery due by 10pm, so you wait, fearful of moving too far from the door. Two hours later, no update - the day passes by still fearful of doing anything to miss the delivery then at 10pm the status changes to “unable to deliver today, reschedule etc”Customer service is no help and was bounced around for 45 minutes to get “I can understand you are frustrated”The system would have known it wouldn't be delivered earlier than 10pm, I almost feel like it was just left at the sorting facility and then blame it on the driver if it didn't arrive.Well, I stupidly placed another order on Friday using Prime before cancelling my subscription, it is out for delivery today (Monday)? But why on earth are they using Royal Mail so god knows if my order will arrive and what time? So another day of fearfully waiting by the door 🙈🤡

Im sure you all remember when Spotify locked millions out of their accounts in March. Well since then they have been taken payments TWICE from me without my knowledge. I’ve spoke to the online chat and I got passed to 5 different ‘advisors’ who kept asking the same questions and then passing me to another ‘specialist’ advisor. No one helped. I’m still paying twice and I can’t call them. They are basically robbing me each month and when I ask them to stop it they say they ‘can’t find the account’ I don’t want to cancel I just want to stop paying TWICE! I cant believe how bad they have been after taking money from my bank without my knowledge. It’s theft!

tickedDear songkick,The band you advertised for last night's Venom show was indeed not Venom, but a band called Venom and Valor. I bought the tickets to see one of my most favorite bands of all time, when I was notified by songkick that there was a show for Venom. Alas, it was advertised incorrectly via songkick and I purchased tickets and drove over an hour to see Venom and Valor, NOT Venom. Quite frustrating and a waste of precious hard earned money, to say the least. Sincerely,A loyal and now royally ticked off member (it won't allow me to use the 'inappropriate language' of my choice)
