Worst service ever. I've been trying to reset my password for my account and have to go through the paid service to do so. I have no problem using this service since I have a time frame to find information in my account. After numerous tries (different days) to give the information they needed to reset my password I found out I was locked out of the system by trying too many times. When I asked, the representative could not give me a time frame of how long I was locked out of the system. AOL's suggestion was to keep calling not knowing if I will ever be allowed to access my account. Unfortunately I need information from my account to give to someone and I can't even give them a time frame or even if this is possible.
