If I could give 0 stars I would for the worst airline for customer service. I sadly got caught up in the horrendous delays due to the flooding in Dubai in April this year . We were literally abandoned with no one from Emirates to offer support and guidance . The lack of communication between staff and passengers was appalling and how they treated their passengers was diabolical. Not even offering water. People who were disabled,elderly and families with young children were just left like the rest of us to fend for ourselves,most people were sleeping on the airport floor. The staff weren’t to be seen,the internet crashed and there was nobody interested in helping you at all. I’ve since tried to claim for expenses I was told I could get reimbursed and been told today I won’t get anything back which is totally unacceptable. It doesn’t even allow you to reply to the email they send you. I’m booked on a flight with them in November which I’m desperately trying to change because I never want to fly with this company again. Avoid.

To discover your phone has been taken is a horrible feeling. You go to the store and get crushed again, being told the system has you having purchased, not the phone you held for 18 months, and paying for, is another devastating blow. The serial number of a 14 regular iPhone, was entered into the system, at the time of the sale. I would never had known such, if my phone had not been stolen. No, not true. I was dumbfounded. I purchased a iPhone 14plus. The 14Reg was entirely too small. I had a difficult time convincing them that I purchased a 14 plus. I had just replaced the case. I take it, my age was telling them, that I was mistaken and of course, the computer was correct. I know what I had and to tell me I did not have it, pissed me off. It was not until I asked the insurance rep to check the price, then it was confirmed, I had been paying the price, of 14plus for 18 months. You would think, my replacement phone would then be a 14 plus, but instead, she says she would credit me the difference, of $70 in price. That never happened. I am still paying for a 14 plus and received as a replacement phone a 14R, which I did not initially purchase. I want my 14 plus and I want my money. I don’t know how or why it happened, but I know, I was downgraded and cheated out of a 14 plus and it’s AT&T. The fault lies with the AT&T store. Apparently, someone put a 14plus in a regular box. J, the rep, failed to note the discrepancy or correct it. His thought was the money, he was about to make, from the sale. I guarantee, if I went back to that same store, the rep would lie to protect himself. I will make that trip. I have been with them over 30 years. Never thought about another carrier, until now. Hate this little phone. If was too small, reason why I bought the 14plus. AT&T’s did me an injustice. They should have replaced my phone with a 14 plus. How hard is that? So hurt and angry. It took me almost a month to write this complaint.

Functions don't work as declared by Make.com and the customer support hasn't helped whatsoever. It has been a month and I have tried to reach out for an update several times to no avail. They are not competent enough, as the issue I had is pretty straightforward to trace, and they haven't solved it or even bothered to provide an update. My advice - don't rely on something that barely works and has blatant flaws that the company seems to know of and give 0f to fix.

They trick their customers and artificially inflate the ticket prices based on your IP address enquiring the same flight. Once you booked at the artificially inflated price, they go back to their initial lower price. Hideous customer experience that just shows you how they are here to trick you and suck as much money from you.

I've tried 3 times to resolve a rent & sale simultaneous listing not showing. The Zillow FAQ says to contact customer service to resolve this. Tried multiple times with zero response and no resolution. Zillow customer service is broken and the quality of their data and consumer usefulness is suffering. Consider using other platforms for complete market information. Update: It has been weeks and zero contact from Zillow after four help requests. Realtor.com shows both listings; I suggest everyone use it for a complete market view.

Leaving negative reviews is ok even if the person never set foot on the premises TripAdvisor reviews are a sham that can damage your reputation and they refuse to take down reviews even if its from a competitor

They act quickly whether it is with a new order or with service/returns/etc.. and are always available to help in case you need input or ideas in terms of gear. Recently I had an issue with a cymbal that arrived in less than ideal conditions, and through emails and phone calls, the team at Thomann was very attentive and were able to quickly find a solution for me. Haris H. was the one who took care of the issue in this specific instance. Very helpful, 5 stars.

We visited Ickworth House and spent the day queuing. Half an hour in the queue to drive through the gate (it's always bad - why not put more than one person on the gate?), an hour in a not particularly long but very slow-moving queue to order a snack, and then over half an hour for it to arrive (which it did only after we complained). Demoralised staff were apologetic, but could only say "it's not us, it's the management" and "we hope you complain - it would do us all a favour"

My first experience with investing in bitcoin was/is with Coinbase. I wire money into my account and purchased bitcoin. I saved some for further investment, but then attempted to send some of it to my fiancé, via her bc wallet. The transaction was denied. I called and was told I had to wait the 1-3 business days. They purchase was made on 9 April, a wed. Thought Friday 11 April was three days, but was told it would be transferred on Monday, 14 Apr. IT was not, nor the next day. I called that day and was told it was on hold, and my account frozen. I was told they suspected I might be the victim of an online scam and required to be questioned further about my transfer. I was asked 3 questions like did I respond to any government or third party's request to buy and/or transfer bitcoin, no I replied to to all relevant questions. I verified I am the account owner, my phone number and address. I was told that after all this that my account was frozen for 30 freaking days for any external SENDs, still open for deposits and purchases. Seriously? I buy so that I can then distribute to various other investments or in this case to my fiancé. Fortunately, I attempted to send only a relatively small amount, having a much higher amount I intended to send later. I asked if there was a manager I might speak to, NO was the answer, but the agent indicated she could email my request for a higher level review. That might take three days. The next day, I received an email saying the review was complete and they my account SEND function was frozen. Coinbase has not emailing receiving capability, nor was I given any reason for the freeze. I feel this review process stinks, with no recourse for their supposed valued customers. As this is my first experience with a crypto exchange, I cannot compare it to any others. Yet, if this is the best or supposed one of the best, I feel my crypto buying days are over. I would like to retrieve my paltry $55,000 in accounts but suspect the suspension for SENDING won't allow. I note this exchange has a 57% one-star rating. Not surprised. As a minimum, customers deserve to be able to speak to someone in the decision making chain, not merely a low level CSR who barely speaks English.UPDATE: 29 April ‘25- eventually After sending at request my license photos Nd even a facial video, I received notice that i had been verified and that transfers for which my account had been frozen would be processed, sent to the intended recipient. They were not, not then, not later. I sent out a test $10 worth of btn, my account was again flagged as before. Whether lies or incompetence added to a non-customer friendy interface; highly suggest interestedCustomers should take heed, read the huge number of other 1 star reviews and go elsewhere for crypo service.

Facebook Marketplace needs to do a better job of handling peoples ad posts.I have on numerous times paid for their advertising and have been using marketplace for years and their stupid system keeps picking up my ads as a service. I am selling 10m long concrete slabs for floors. They come on the back of trucks if that is not a product then I dont know what is. Stop telling me it is a service. A product is a physical thing and a service is something you do for people. A 10m long piece of concrete is a physical thing.If a person asks for a review the support staff clearly must not actually review the item because you can see the slabs of concrete on the truck. It is not a service. Your review process is also very badly set up. You get the option to ask for a review and click on one of three boxes. 1 the ad is not offensive in my region. 2 this was a joke and 3 I was trying to create awareness. What the hell has this got to do with getting your ad reviewed. Its like a child designed it and makes no sense. There are no options to tell them in writing what the problem is or why they have got it wrong. How can a person motivate that facebook has it wrong if you cannot type out the problem other than 3 childish options to choose from. I am a paying customer. You need to do better.
