Absolutely rubbish passed around without a care in the world.Phone was purchased 17/02/2025 and due to ill health my client only set it up three weeks ago.Firstly she can’t be without a handset as it stores data necessary for her continuity of care.SHe saved to get this phone and paid in full she requested a pink phone and it was pink on the box and a purple handset.We were the told the only way apple would sort this is if she buys insurance they will express her a new one but hold the full value of the phone and if they don’t find an error they will keep the money.My client is 43 and housebound and terminally ill and yet they still are offering no support or help!! It’s been out of the box for three weeksApple you truly ought to be ashamed of yourselves the way my client has been treated is appalling and I have tried to support but get batted away!! This lady is reliant on something she’s paid almost £1k for and apple seem to want her to do it again she can’t.everyone’s letting her down and she advised she would be less problematic if she was gone ….Please sort something for her
