Has got worse and worse as the years passed by.Workers use to be happy and now they just doing a job.Prices are shocking... $thousands to get tickets ...$30 to park then $20 for a locker!...$18 for a meal without a drink! $13 for a beer...$14 for a turkey leg!Ques over 2 hours long unless you buy extra passes on top of your tickets....DISNEY YOU MUST BE ASHAMED! IT USE TO BE A MAGICAL AFFORDABLE PLACE! NOW ITS ALL ABOUT ROBBING YOU OF AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN WHILE YOUR'E THERE! THE MAGIC HAS GONE!!!!

Atrocious service, ordered 2 expensive camera lenses and camera batteries. Next day delivery didn’t happen as driver drove past at 9:15pm without stopping, then I receive a text to say there is a problem and they would try again. Next day a package was delivered, but on opening I found kids drawing scrap books and colouring pens. Amazon customer service contacted and I was told to send the wrong items back, but if I still wanted the lenses I had to reorder them (£2k+). To claim a refund I had to return the lenses (which I didn’t have) and wait until after 27th December to follow up the claim. Fortunately I paid with my Mastercard and they are now involved. When Amazon gets it right, they are good. When it’s wrong it can be a nightmare to prove you don’t have what you ordered as no packing slips are inside the parcels. I’ve been a prime customer for a number of years, but this is the worst of 4 problem deliveries in less than 12 months. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

My laptop purchased came with free trial of Mcafee which I did not require.Had a message saying renewal now due with options, I chose the "not interested box".On Sunday 28/11/2021noticed a payment of £59.99 taken from my Bank account via Pay pal.Contacted McAfee customer services by the chatline and was told by Sandra that she would sort it and I would be contacted within the hour.I am going to instigate an investigation AS TO THE LEGALITY OF A COMPANY ENTERING MY SECURE PAY PAL ACCOUNT AND TAKING MY MONIES WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I FILLED IN A REFUND REQUEST AT A LATER DATE AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL 3 DAYS LATER SAYING THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING McAfee ?As I have never purchased anything from this company they cannot claim it is an automatic renewal and in any case my complaint was well within the time for cancelation even if they assumed I wanted their software.

So I signed for the free trial and realized that it was not what I was wanting so I canceled my subscription the next day. I was charged 348.00 the following month and told my account was not canceled. That I would need to delete the account. They sent an email I deleted the account( no confirmation email was ever received) and they do not respond to emails and I set on hold for 30 mins before being disconnected called again and set on hold for 30 more minutes was disconnected again and at this time they were closed.

After being AAA member for over 35 years I will be canceling my membership and membership for my husband and two sons. I understand things can happen, mistakes can be made but the relationship AAA has with towing companies is a problem. Instead of "how can we make this right" they blame the tow companies and/or their own employees. Tow companies blame AAA. Bottom line, this is the 2nd time my vehicle has broken down (separate years entirely) where I required a tow truck and all I got was runaround. The last time was a 10 hour ordeal. This time is currently happening as I type and we are 2 hours in on a non-holiday Friday mid-morning and after 2 hours of calls and waiting there is not even a tow truck assigned. The dispatch person who did troubleshooting over the phone to help me determine I needed a tow went above & beyond (thank you Thomas) to bring us water because it's a 90 degree FL day in June and my son's & I are broken down in an industrial area with no "shops, restaurants, gas stations". The light services person told me he personally requested a tow twice and doesn't understand why AAA isn't following thru. AAA main number says he should have told ME to call back and request a tow. Makes zero sense. Still no call from a tow truck. I will save the $300+ annual membership fee and pay for my own tow truck should I ever need one again. Highly disappointed with fingerpointing and lack of follow through all around.

I use the free version of Spotify because I am unwilling to pay an exuberant price for a at best so so product. For that price I can get serious satellite radio and be able to listen anywhere anytime never need service. It's probably time to move my stuff to YouTube music. I would continue with the free version if it wasn't playing more commercials than songs. And probably the biggest problem is the way they treat their artists big and small and yet they expect us to give them money for crap service. Or you don't pay them and get in even crappier service.

Didn't know I signed up for a subscription when I tried to use the 7-day free trial to print a duet. Was charged $50 and didn't know it. Sent an email and was refunded the same day. Really appreciated the timely response and willingness to help. Had the charge not come out when I thought it was a free trial, I likely would have stayed with the site and not requested the refund.

Absolutely rubbish passed around without a care in the world.Phone was purchased 17/02/2025 and due to ill health my client only set it up three weeks ago.Firstly she can’t be without a handset as it stores data necessary for her continuity of care.SHe saved to get this phone and paid in full she requested a pink phone and it was pink on the box and a purple handset.We were the told the only way apple would sort this is if she buys insurance they will express her a new one but hold the full value of the phone and if they don’t find an error they will keep the money.My client is 43 and housebound and terminally ill and yet they still are offering no support or help!! It’s been out of the box for three weeksApple you truly ought to be ashamed of yourselves the way my client has been treated is appalling and I have tried to support but get batted away!! This lady is reliant on something she’s paid almost £1k for and apple seem to want her to do it again she can’t.everyone’s letting her down and she advised she would be less problematic if she was gone ….Please sort something for her
