Worst customer support

Asos offers discount codes for first-time users, but some of the products are not eligible for the discount or this is what the customer support told me. However, when I checked the same item on their website there is no mention that the product is not eligible for discounts. This is against the consumer affair laws and I have been basically scammed. I have contacted their customer support various times, and they never take responsibility of their issues. They have sent me two faulty items, and when I sent them back each time they requested returns fee deduction from me, while they are are responsible for covering the fees since they sent me faulty items. In addition, they initially declined of offering any refund, even though I had written a very clear description of the fault itself and placed it with the product as they instructed me. Absolutely horrendous customer support
