When your internet is out all day and your scheduled time in the evening is screwed up by AT &T and then you can’t get it repaired until 2 full days later. What sort of service is that!! Paying $90 ish a month for below average service and average internet with regularly dropped zoom calls. I will be looking at other options

I needed my FSBO listing posted rather quickly. They say it’ll take up to 72 hours. Here we are past 72 hours and it’s not listed and you cannot reach an actual customer service rep. You call the number and an automated voice says to go to help tab online. You go to help online and you cannot reach anyone. If millions of people use your service, get better customer service Zillow!!! Shame!

I had a bill I was unaware of they always billed me with a paper bill and decided to bill me on my phone instead, not knowing I received a bill in the mail from a collection agency and they were charging me late fees my credit score went from excellent to low good they ruined my credit score for a measly $35.00 with there added late fees $160.00 I cut up my credit card with them and will never use them again watch them closely. Do NOT purchase anything from ASUS.In May 2019 I bought a top of range Asus Zenbook in the UK - spending GBP1400/USD1700.After 4 weeks the Webcam failed, so I could not us the biometric login/Windows Hello or videoconferencing.I returned to Asus for repair... after nearly 4 weeks and countless hours spent on the phone to them I was told they did not have the correct part. As I was moving to the US, they said they had to return the item, and told me I would have to resend to Asus US for repair.It is now nearly the end of September 19, and I received a message this morning telling me they still do not have the correct part to fix my laptop.I find it disgraceful that a global company does not have the correct part to fix a new laptop.By the time it is returned the technology will likely be obsolete!I have never received an apology, or be told that my machine would be replaced. They took my money for a machine that does not work, and cannot fix it - and I have been without a laptop for 4 months.This is why you should never purchase anything from this company.

I had a brand new Asus Tuf that refused to work properly day one. After months of attempted repairs and getting hacked because of this garbage software and hardware i sent it in for repairs under warranty. And gave them a laundry list of issues. Magically they said nothing was wrong with it and it was fine. I told them this was BS and it ruined my life and to replace it, they refused. 1 and half months goes by they held it. Just got it back today and can already tell its the same piece of garbage i sent to them, took windows updates and nothing works its not even registered to me anymore my Asus account is magically blank and shows no history of repair request unable to reregister the device as it says its registered to someone else. Asus is officially a s**t company full of s**t products avoid them or be prepared to have your life ruined. I wish I could give them negative stars. This is a joke.update may 13 2021: 2 weeks+ since they returned this shat. i have been back and forth with their useless support, RMA and apparently the case was sent to the “CEO department” which sounds fake as fuc. The OS they installed on it is a demo dev version of windows IT locked to their department so I cannot do anything with it, cant even access the bios or reinstall windows pro. I have spent thousands of hours and dollars on this piece of garbage and they also sent it back more damaged than when i packed it to them 2 months ago, the fan now grinds against the card/motherboard it is 100% unuseable and their report said.“Test ok can not duplicate issue” then a huge blank page. So what they did was power it on saw a loading screen and turned it off and said nothing is wrong with it i focking guarantee you. I am now claiming and demanding $5000(which is being generous, as lost way more in time and costs monetarily and to my health) in damages which by warranty and cosumer laws they are legally obligated to pay as they refused to fix or replace it and sent it back in even worse condition. I will be filling a fraud complaint with authorities and any consumer complaints board i can, lawyer lined up and I will sue for every fawking penny I can i dont care how long it takes they either pay me restitution or they get hit with a 300,000 dollar lawsuit pay for my medical bills due to the health issues they caused plus likely thousands more in fines for breaking the law and committing fraud and deliberate sabotage of my personal effects and property that I can never recover.
