Non existent Customer service

Ordered from ASOS loads of times with no issues. But today my top I ordered arrived smelling of smoke and no tag on the item and looked like it’s been worn. So tried to contact customer service to discuss this but you can’t you can only chat with a computer, so have arranged to return item and hope to get this refunded, will think twice before ordering again just for the reason customer service is non existent
