I have no words for how bad the online shopping is, or trying to reach customer service on the phone. I ordered a bag online using a gift card. Three days after I ordered they cancelled it, and the balance was not put back on the card. I tried all day to reach someone in customer service and spent long periods of time on hold. Long. Periods. Of. Time. Finally, the next day I called the gift card customer service, and I was told I had the balance, but couldn't use the card for 48 hours. I tried to use the card 3 days later and I couldn't because the PIN was no longer active. So, I called the gift card customer service back and I was again told I had the balance, but in order to use it I had to go into the store. Oh, and they gave me the number to DSW customer service, which I again called and was told that the wait time was 77 minutes. Awful.

This site supports and helps fraudsters, I was scammed by OrbitGTM, they claimed me a UK tax before proceeding to a withdrawal, which I suspected to be false, MarketWatch confirmed me that I had to pay this tax, which turned out to be a fraud! Run away MarketWatch & OrbitGTM

Careco new review. My last review I gave one star, which was warranted at the time. Since my review I have been contacted by Careco Head Office. My complaint was actually listened to this time, and I was speaking to a Team leader named Mike, who understood the needs of elderly people, and why they purchase mobility aids to help the customer actually get out and about. We spoke about how Careco can improve the customer care department in detail, and he's promised to take this on board. So now my complaint has been resolved in less then a week, I want to now give 5 stars to them, and thank this gentleman from Careco for taking the time to listen to myself as a customer. I have also been reasured if any more problems no matter how small , I can contact him direct. So thank you Mike, Careco should keep hold of you , and train their staff to your ethics.

With no warning and no apparent reason Github suspended my account. This was over a week ago. Last weekend I opened a ticket and tried to call in ...as we have Premium Support plan it says they have 24x7 phone support..guess what..the phone number goes to a recording which says ...open a ticket on the website ! WTH. Ok...ticket opened and no response. Since they locked me out I needed to create the ticket with a diff email. 1 day, 2days > 1 week no response. I created 6 different tickets during the week, tried to call every number I could find. Even tried to open a ticket with Microsoft since they own GH.. NO #$#$#$# Response and I'm still locked out. What a total rip off and useless support. Their Community forum has many similar complaints including mine.

Once you sign up they make it very difficult to cancel. There is no online option to cancel but instead you have to call through to their call centre. I was sucked in with a lick-bait headline and luckily I set myself a reminder to cancel, but they hide the option and prey on people who aren't persistent. I've been caught too many times by scam artists to let them get away with it. Shame on you WSJ.

So far so good - very rapid response from customer service when setting up my account. They answered all my questions thoroughly which is very refreshing these days! I read loads of other reviews before signing up, and some do seem to have problems with payments so we'll see how that goes next...

They blocked my account without explaining the reasons. I provided all the documents, and the support says that the one who transferred the currency to me violated the rules, and they blocked me. Be careful with these guys. Their policy has a clause that says they decide who to block.
