I'm trying to send clothes back for a while now, but they haven't provided me a retourlabel. I'm now almost a month, multiple e-mails and lots of livechat messages further, but still haven't got anything. Don't order here if you are not sure about the product you're buying, cause sending it back is a big problem.Customer support keeps making an excuse, saying they have to ask a brand partner, which will take 3 working days - this happened three (!) times already, without any outcome.I also tried contacting them through mail. Here Asos says that they attach the retourlabel to an email, but it is empty every time. When I reply that the attachment is empty, they send me an empty one again. I wish I was joking about this.Please also be advised that this is the second time I can't send clothing back - Asos has cost me a lot of time and money. The other time I contacted customer support, explaining I was ill and couldn't get up to the package office to return it in time, but they couldn't make an exception.Please be careful ordering here.UPDATE 24 JANUARY:Asos still haven't provided a retourlabel. I've been trying since 16th of december. They come with the same answers every time without solving anything.
