I recently went to drop off some donations to the Bromsgrove branch, I called first to explain what I had got, I was asked what I was donating, after telling me they were very busy, I eventually got some help to bring the donations inside, and was told ‘we don’t want any more than that’! And was asked again, what was in the bags.I’ve never had this kind of issue before, I felt like taking it elsewhere where it might be a little more appreciated.CRUK has been an important charity for me in the past, I’m hoping that the member of staff was simply having a bad day.

Samsung is utter garbage. ive lost soo much money thinkong that samsung electronics were quality products. They are garbage! TV's? several... LARGE ones... Phone every flagship sinse 2011... i purchased a 1st gen samsung galaxy smartphone on release and it was incredable! so far ahead of the curve i became a samsung cheerleading pawn, scooping up item after item, thinking thats samsung electronics were quality items. fast forward to today, they are absolute trash. Extremely overprices hyper expendable garbage. theyve been coasting by on the good name made by thier past successes and inovations, all the while looking to sleezily undercut the loyal consumer im a series of disgusting money grabs. again and again. TVs, Smart Phones, Smart washer/dryers, you name it and ive lost by sticking with samsung. this s24 ultra is less than 3 moths old , and itbis THE FINAL item made by this tradh can company i will ever be roped into. im the past month ALONE ive had 3 samsung Tvs, a high def big screen dual monitor setup and a cellphone bite the big one. They are designed to self destruct the instant you are finished paying for them, but niw they arent even waiting THAT long. they should be hung by the neck until dead.

After 4 tries, I am finally giving up on Kroger. I use their website because nobody in the store seems to be able to get their own coupons and sale items correct, only to find out that their website is even worse. They overcharged me 4 times in a row, that can't be a coincidence. They eventually made it right until the 4th order, but I had to spend hours getting them the information they needed to make things right. On my most recent order, they overcharged me for the items AND overcharged that amount again on my credit card. So they overcharged me twice on that one and instead of making it "right" again, they are saying they did not make a mistake. Ridiculous waste of time, because almost everything there is priced high unless it is on sale or has a digital coupon. So instead of spending hours of my time explaining their screw ups to them, I am choosing to just not shop there again.
