Scarf gate…

I placed and order for 2 items a scarf and a coat to preface this is have problems with the texture of things. So ended up opening the scarf touching it and packing it back up and sent it back as it was a texture that i did not like, and the coat was a no. When I was looking at my PayPal I noticed that I had not been fully refunded so I went to there chat to clary why this was to find out that the scarf was being sent back to me to which I got 2 answers to why this was. Firstly it was damaged secondly it was a sanitary reason...... as I never worn the scarf I barly even took it out the packaging i stated how could eather of the 2 be a thing. Ended up having them send me back a qr code to re send after speaking to a "manager" didn't ask to speak to one they just transferred me to one and he was rude so meh I got a return was all good. Today received the item back and it came open... so checked the package to see if it was all fine itnwas so contacted them to let them know i had received it as that's what I was told to do and also let them know the package was open when I received it. To which I was then told they would look into the previous conversation and then was told spheal of that there warehouse checks things fully and that if it was sent back to me after the check then they wouldn't take it bk. So I said that we'll iv got a qr code to send it back from the previous manager and that it had been confirmed with him as I never worn the item (and as stated barely took it out the bag) I dont see why this is a thing because if there was damage to it or it was unsanitary then there is a high chance it was sent to me that way as yet again I never wore or took it fully out the bag cause I didn't like the feeling of it aka due to censory issues. But was told nothing they could do and they wouldn't be taking it back said i was to be put on the another manager but then was told they where ending the session good bye and to close the chat window if there was nothing else to help with....... so looks like my years of ordering from them has come to an end and I'm stuck with a scarf that makes my skin crawl to touch lmfao.
