ASOS refuse to refund delivery charge on returns despite that being the law (Consumer Contract Regulations 2013) and their website saying:“If you paid for delivery, this would only be refunded for cancelled orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) or if the item was faulty.”You have to start a live chat with them and persevere/refer them to their own website. The first agent refused to refund it and closed the chat. The second made up some rubbish about the delivery being late so they would refund the charge. We shouldn’t have to fight for what the law clearly says is required.
