I have an asus router that I purchased 6 months ago. I spent 4 days on the phone with asus tech support. They finally told me to send it in for repair. After another 6 weeks it came back still defective. They said they will send me a new one. This has gone on for another 3 months and nothing happens. I call and they say upper management will call me for details but they never call. I have been getting the same empty promiss for 3 calls now. They do not honor their warranty. Best buy will not help either. I hope both companies go out of business.
