Samsung Customer Supports plays game with Customer regarding the Flats Screen TV, plus they are dishonest unprofessional in my opinion after my TV started to fail is Sept 2022 and they play games with refunds, ( Have not received my refund as of today) picking up TV they refused to complete this as well and Samsung use the Service department to waste my time, Samsung has even failed to answers 2 Letters from the Attorney General Office in case CP-22-18383 which confirm Samsung does not have any real cares about the Customer Attorney Name Michael Sharples his number is 201-393-7163, email is "(m.sharplesatsea.samsungdotcom)" Please use the telephone and his email address to stop the Games that Samsung plays with the Customer Support, plus record conversation you will see and hear the dishonest unprofessional statements as well also contact this person Hyunsun(Sonia) Kang | Voice of the Customer, "(kang.hatpartner.sea.samsungdotcom)" because Samsung hide information from the Customer because of the way they do business, I have over 5 hours of my time dealing with Dishonest Samsung and been lied to many times Samsung is back at playing more games as of today 2-6-23 they would like me to release them for all the hours I have involved dealing we these dishonest unprofessional Samsung Electronics Samsung is unprofessional very dishonest company plus the TV's cheap just like the cell phone Today Samsung has clearly stated if I do not sign their agreement I will not receive my refund the is 100% BLACKMAIL I wish I could post all the documents on here for everyone to read No wonderful there is 83 % negative Samsung is still not resolving any of the wasted time I had to deal with this Nasty Dishonest unprofessional company they even lied to the Attorney Generals Office in writing

I opened a Brand New HP 67XL ink cartridge (bought from Wal-Mart $28.00) yesterday for my HP 2742e printer (I have 2 of these printers) and the cartridge was completely empty from the factory. Since I'm not on the HP "Instant Ink" program, and after waiting 15 minutes on hold, I was told HP couldn't help me! They told me to go back to Wal-Mart! It is not Wal-Mart's fault that HP sent out an empty ink cartridge! I've owned numerous HP laptops and printers. Never again! They lost me over $28.00. Not a very good business decision on their part.

I have an asus router that I purchased 6 months ago. I spent 4 days on the phone with asus tech support. They finally told me to send it in for repair. After another 6 weeks it came back still defective. They said they will send me a new one. This has gone on for another 3 months and nothing happens. I call and they say upper management will call me for details but they never call. I have been getting the same empty promiss for 3 calls now. They do not honor their warranty. Best buy will not help either. I hope both companies go out of business.

Hulu help? What help? Forget any customer service! Waited for 30 minutes to speak to someone, once they finally answered the phone, they needed to put me on hold to ask their tech for help and hung up on me! Couldn't access NBC channel, a basic channel! Sick of this "nothing is available at this time" bs! We have had nothing but frustration trying to use hulu - it's a guessing game on what you will be able to watch! I'm done!

I really, really don't like Goodreads' new website design. Information is spread out instead of connected to the book reader has selected to read summary of, reviews and ratings. One has to scroll down quite far to find "Readers also enjoyed" section and the book photos are oversized. Much preferred the previous format of "Readers also enjoyed" to the right of the original bood and being able to scroll quickly through the selections.
