Issues with battery life only a few months after I bought the laptop. Had to be plugged in constantly as the battery would drain within half an hour. Now it will randomly freeze or shut down when being used, and internet is incredibly slow. Doesn't say when it needs updating, just stops working and then takes ages to update/ start working again. Company not helpful in resolving issues. Was already looking a getting another laptop after less than a year and will not be using Asus again. Awful laptop.
