I recently had an issue with the video memory on my Nvidia 2080 graphics card. I created a support request for help, and was walked through diagnostics which ultimately failed to yield results. Fortunately, the company was kind enough to replace my GPU free of charge and with no questions asked. Now using my computer with a card that has no problems.
